Welcome to the inauguration of this blog site!

In The Aftermath of Hurricane Sandy

In the near future, this forum will be developed for you to learn, collaborate and contribute to discussions related to many aspects of living: health; mental health; self-care; your relationship to self and others; and to creating new possibilities in your life.

In the present, I will maintain my general psychotherapy practice as I also focus on  navigating through the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Having experienced this hurricane firsthand in Long Beach, NY, one of the hard-hit regions in New York, I bring a unique understanding and perspective on how to recover from such disasters. Using my knowledge and the insights I gained from surviving the storm, and my expertise in treating traumatic stress, my intention is to continue to help others.

If you or anyone you know has been impacted by this storm and its aftermath, please feel free to visit for more specific concentration.

As 2012 draws to a close, I wish you a New Year filled with new possibilities for yourself, your loved ones, and for our collective community.

I look forward to connecting with you in this upcoming year!
